Child Safety Standards

Our commitment to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation

Last updated: 13 July 2026

DIP has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) of any kind. DIP is an adults-only platform, and any account found to be associated with CSAE is immediately and permanently removed.

1. Who Can Use DIP

DIP is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Every account must confirm a date of birth at registration, and the app calculates age from that date to block anyone under 18 from creating an account or completing onboarding. This applies to every path into the app, including sign-up via email, Google, and Apple.

2. Prevention Measures

DIP is built with the following safeguards to prevent CSAE on the platform:

3. How to Report a Concern

If you encounter content or behaviour on DIP that concerns you, including anything related to child sexual abuse or exploitation, you can report it in either of the following ways:

We do not require you to have an account or be a matched user to report a safety concern about DIP by email.

4. Our Response Process

Reports involving suspected CSAE are escalated immediately and reviewed ahead of routine moderation queues. Where we identify or are made aware of CSAM, we remove the associated content and account and, where legally required, report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), in compliance with our legal obligations.

5. Point of Contact

Our designated point of contact for questions about these standards and our CSAE prevention practices is reachable at support@dipdating.com.
