Welcome to DIP Dating App ("DIP", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DIP mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DIP. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person under 18. If you become aware that a user may be under 18, you must report them immediately using the in-app reporting feature. See our Child Safety Standards for more on how we prevent and respond to child safety concerns.
By using the Service, you further represent that you are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Australia or any other applicable jurisdiction, and that you have not previously been banned from using the Service.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Each person may maintain only one DIP account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the permanent ban of all associated accounts.
You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication services such as Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. Use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
3. Nature of the Service and Disclaimer of Responsibility for Matches
DIP is a social entertainment platform that facilitates community-driven matchmaking for suggestive fun only. All matches, pairings, and introductions made through the Service are intended purely as lighthearted, suggestive entertainment. DIP takes no responsibility whatsoever for any matches made, interactions that occur, relationships that form, or outcomes that arise from the use of the Service.
DIP is not a matchmaking agency, dating service bureau, marriage broker, or relationship counsellor. The Service provides a platform through which users ("Matchers") may suggest pairings between other users for entertainment purposes. These suggestions are community-generated opinions, not professional recommendations, endorsements, or guarantees of compatibility, safety, or suitability.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- All matches and pairings are user-generated suggestions made for fun and entertainment purposes only
- DIP does not endorse, recommend, guarantee, or take responsibility for any match, pairing, or introduction made through the Service
- DIP makes no representations or warranties regarding the identity, character, intentions, compatibility, behaviour, or suitability of any user
- DIP does not conduct background checks, criminal history checks, identity verification checks, or character assessments on any user (see Section 12 for further details)
- Any decision to interact with, communicate with, meet, or form a relationship with another user is made entirely at your own risk and discretion
- DIP is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, physical, financial, or other harm that may result from your interactions with other users, whether on or off the platform
- The threshold-based match reveal system (where multiple Matchers must agree before a match is revealed) is a community engagement feature, not a vetting or compatibility assessment system
4. User Modes and Roles
DIP offers the following user modes:
4.1 Find Love Mode (Matchee / Single)
Users in Find Love mode create a profile that is visible to other users for the purpose of community-driven matchmaking. Your profile may be viewed, paired, and discussed by Matchers. You may receive match suggestions and, once a match is revealed, communicate with matched users via in-app messaging.
4.2 Matcher Mode
Users in Matcher mode participate as community matchmakers. Your profile is hidden from the dating pool. You can browse profiles, create Dips (matchmaking suggestions), endorse existing Dips, and participate in the leaderboard. Matcher-only users do not appear in the Discover feed.
4.3 Both Mode
Users may participate simultaneously in both Find Love and Matcher modes, combining the functionality of both roles.
You may change your mode at any time through your profile settings. Changing modes may affect your profile visibility and access to certain features.
5. Matchmaking System (Dips, Matches, and Date Updates)
5.1 Dips
A "Dip" is a user-generated matchmaking suggestion created by a Matcher who believes two users would be compatible. Dips include a written explanation of why the Matcher believes the pairing would work. Dips are visible in the community feed and may be endorsed (hearted), commented on, and discussed by other users.
Free-tier users may create up to 5 Dips per day. Gold subscribers may create unlimited Dips. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
5.2 Match Threshold and Reveal
When a sufficient number of Matchers independently suggest the same pairing, the match is "revealed" to both users. The required number of Matcher endorsements before a reveal is configurable and may vary. The reveal threshold is an engagement mechanic and does not constitute any form of compatibility assessment, vetting, or endorsement by DIP.
5.3 Date Updates
Matched users may voluntarily share public "Date Updates" — stories about their interactions after a match reveal. Date Updates are visible to the DIP community and require mutual approval from both matched users before publication. Date Updates may include text, photos, and location information that you choose to share. You are solely responsible for the content of any Date Update you post.
5.4 Leaderboard
DIP maintains a leaderboard that tracks Matcher and user statistics including scores, Dips created, success rates, and connections. Leaderboard participation is automatic for all users. Leaderboard data is visible to other users and is filtered by scope (global, local, or custom distance radius).
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users, whether on or off the platform
- Upload or transmit content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Create a fake or misleading profile, impersonate another person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
- Solicit personal contact information, money, or financial details from other users
- Solicit users to communicate off-platform for the purpose of circumventing safety or moderation features (including sharing phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, or messaging app usernames in violation of content policies)
- Advertise, promote, or sell products, services, or commercial activities including gambling, sexual services, escort services, OnlyFans or cam services, cryptocurrency schemes, or illegal goods
- Send spam, chain messages, or unsolicited bulk communications
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or any non-human means to access or interact with the Service
- Attempt to circumvent any security, moderation, content filtering, or access-control measures of the Service
- Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party
- Post or transmit any external links, URLs, or references to external websites in profiles, messages, Dips, or Date Updates
- Engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Service or its infrastructure
- Create malicious or deceptive Dips, or misuse the matchmaking system to harass, embarrass, or target specific users
- Manipulate the leaderboard or match statistics through fraudulent activity
- Use the Service while under a suspension or after being banned, including through new accounts
7. Content and Moderation
7.1 Content Scanning
All content you upload or transmit through the Service — including profile photos, bios, messages, Dips, Date Updates, comments, and voice notes — is subject to both automated and manual review. We use automated content moderation systems including Google Cloud Vision API and keyword-based filtering to detect inappropriate, prohibited, or potentially harmful content. Content that violates these Terms may be automatically blocked, flagged for human review, or removed without notice.
7.2 Automated Filtering
Our automated systems may block or flag content that contains, among other things: external links or URLs, references to escort or cam services, drug-related content, references to minors, financial scams, hate speech, gambling promotion, illegal goods, contact solicitation (email addresses, phone numbers, social media handles), and other prohibited content. Automated filtering is not perfect and may occasionally block legitimate content or miss prohibited content. You may appeal content removal by contacting support.
7.3 Photo Moderation
All photos uploaded to DIP are scanned using Google Cloud Vision API for inappropriate content including nudity, violence, and other prohibited imagery. Photos that fail scanning may be rejected automatically. Our moderation team may also manually review flagged photos.
7.4 Human Moderation
We reserve the right to monitor, review, and moderate all user-generated content at any time. Our moderation team may, in their sole discretion, remove content, issue warnings, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate these Terms. Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion and are not subject to external review, except through the appeals process described in Section 9.
8. User-Generated Content
The Service allows you to create, upload, post, and share content including but not limited to: profile information, photos, bios, messages, Dips, Date Updates, comments, voice notes, hearts/endorsements, and other materials (collectively, "User Content").
You are solely responsible for all User Content you create, upload, or share through the Service. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share the content
- The content does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of any third party
- The content is accurate and not misleading (particularly profile information, age, and identity)
- You consent to the content being visible to other users as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
By uploading User Content to DIP, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable licence to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content and may delete it at any time, subject to data retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy.
User Content that appears in Dips, Date Updates, and community feeds may be visible to all users of the Service. Once another user has viewed, endorsed, or interacted with your User Content, their interactions (hearts, comments, endorsements) will persist even if you later delete the original content.
9. Messaging
The Service provides in-app messaging between matched users. Messaging features include text messages, GIF stickers, emoji stickers, and voice notes. All messages are subject to automated content moderation as described in Section 7.
Message delivery features such as read receipts are available exclusively to Gold subscribers. You may mute conversations at any time. Conversations may be hidden if either user disables their "Find Love" setting or if an account is suspended or banned.
You agree not to use messaging to harass, threaten, or send unsolicited commercial content to other users. Violation of messaging conduct rules may result in warnings, suspension, or a permanent ban.
10. Identity Verification
DIP offers an optional identity verification process that may include email verification, phone verification, selfie capture, and government-issued ID document submission. Verification is voluntary and is processed to provide a "verified" badge on your profile.
Important: Identity verification is an optional trust signal and does not constitute a background check, character assessment, criminal history check, or endorsement of any user's identity, character, or trustworthiness. A verified badge indicates only that a user has submitted verification materials; it does not guarantee the accuracy of their profile information or the safety of interacting with them. See Section 12 for further details.
Verification materials (selfie photos, ID documents) are processed by our team and stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting verification materials, you consent to their collection, storage, and review for the purpose of identity verification and fraud prevention.
11. Location Services
DIP uses location data to facilitate proximity-based matchmaking and to display distances between users. Location features include:
- Home location: Your default location used for matchmaking, derived from GPS or manually set
- Discover location: An optional alternate location for matching purposes (Gold feature)
- Distance display: Approximate distance between you and other users, shown on profiles
- Location-based filtering: Discover and leaderboard results filtered by distance radius
Your precise coordinates are fuzzed (rounded) to approximately 1 kilometre precision before being shared with other users. DIP does not continuously track your GPS location in the background. You may update your location at any time and control location visibility through your privacy settings.

12. No Background Checks or Screening
DIP does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification checks (beyond the optional voluntary process described in Section 10), sex offender registry checks, financial checks, or any other screening of its users. DIP does not verify or investigate the backgrounds, character, morality, or conduct of its users.
You are solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions when interacting with other users. We strongly recommend:
- Meeting in public, well-populated places for any in-person meetings
- Informing a trusted friend or family member of your plans, including who you are meeting, where, and when
- Arranging your own transportation to and from any meeting
- Not sharing personal financial information, home address, or workplace details with other users until you are comfortable doing so
- Trusting your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave the situation and report the user through the app
- Never sending money or financial information to anyone you have met through the Service
13. Subscriptions and Payments
13.1 Free Tier
DIP offers a free tier that includes core functionality: creating a profile, receiving matches, sending and receiving messages after match reveal, creating up to 5 Dips per day, participating in the community feed, and accessing the leaderboard. The free tier is supported by advertisements displayed within the app.
13.2 Gold Subscription
DIP offers a paid "Gold" subscription tier with enhanced features. Gold subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis and are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store ("Platform"). Gold features include, but are not limited to:
- Unlimited Dips (no daily limit)
- See who dipped you (view which Matchers suggested you)
- Advanced discovery filters
- Ad-free experience
- Read receipts on messages
- Location changer (set alternate discover location)
- Rewind last swipe (undo last discover action)
- Message before match reveal (initiate conversation before threshold is met)
- Profile spotlight and daily boost (increased visibility in Discover)
- Weekly profile boost
- Verified badge (upon completion of identity verification)
- Gold-only matches (match exclusively with other Gold subscribers)
- Incognito mode (browse without appearing online)
- Priority support
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove Gold features at any time. The specific features available to Gold subscribers may change without individual notice, though we will endeavour to communicate significant changes.
13.3 Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Platform's subscription settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Gold features until that date.
13.4 Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the Platform (Apple or Google) according to their respective refund policies. DIP does not process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact the Apple App Store or Google Play Store support.
13.5 Subscription Forfeiture Upon Account Suspension or Ban
If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violating these Terms, your access to all paid subscription features (including Gold) will be revoked immediately. You will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining unused portion of your subscription period. The revocation of subscription access takes effect at the time of the suspension or ban, regardless of when your current billing period ends.
Your Platform subscription (App Store or Google Play) may continue to bill you until you cancel it through the Platform's subscription management settings. It is your responsibility to cancel any active Platform subscription after your account has been suspended or banned. DIP is not responsible for charges incurred after a suspension or ban if you have not cancelled your Platform subscription.
If your account is later reinstated through a successful appeal, your subscription will not be automatically restored. You may purchase a new subscription after reinstatement.
13.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing period following notice of the change. Your continued use of the subscription after the price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the updated amount.
14. Advertisements
The free tier of the Service includes advertisements served by third-party advertising networks. By using the free tier, you consent to the display of advertisements within the app. Advertisements may be targeted based on non-personally-identifiable information such as general location and usage patterns. Gold subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.
DIP is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
15. Blocking and Reporting
15.1 Blocking
You may block any user at any time through their profile or conversation screen. Blocking a user will: remove them from your Discover feed, prevent them from viewing your profile, prevent them from sending you messages, and hide existing conversations between you. You may unblock users at any time through Settings. Blocked users are not notified that they have been blocked.
15.2 Reporting
You may report any user or content that you believe violates these Terms using the in-app reporting feature. Reports should include the reason for the report and may include additional details or evidence. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Submitting a false or malicious report may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.
Available report categories include: inappropriate content, harassment, fake profile, spam, underage user, contact solicitation, hate speech, scam or fraud, illegal goods or services, gambling promotion, sexual services advertising, and other violations.
We take all reports seriously but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes for resolution. For urgent safety concerns, contact us directly at support@dipdating.com or contact your local emergency services.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
16.1 Warnings
For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning. Warnings are recorded on your account and are cumulative. Accumulating three warnings will result in an automatic 7-day suspension.
16.2 Suspension
We may temporarily suspend your account for a specified period if you violate these Terms. During a suspension, you cannot access the Service. Your subscription billing continues during a suspension, and no refund or credit will be issued for the suspension period. Your profile will be hidden from other users during a suspension.
16.3 Permanent Ban
We reserve the right to permanently ban any account that:
- Commits severe or repeated violations of these Terms
- Engages in harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech
- Creates a fake profile or impersonates another person
- Is found to belong to a user under 17 years of age
- Engages in fraud, scams, or illegal activity
- Solicits sexual services, promotes gambling, or advertises illegal goods
- Attempts to circumvent a previous suspension or ban
- Manipulates the leaderboard, match statistics, or other platform features through fraudulent means
- Engages in conduct that poses a safety risk to other users
Upon a permanent ban: (a) your access to the Service is terminated immediately; (b) your Gold subscription and all paid features are revoked immediately with no refund; (c) your Firebase authentication account is disabled; (d) your profile is removed from public view; (e) your conversations are preserved for moderation and legal purposes.
16.4 Appeals
If you believe your account was suspended or banned in error, you may submit an appeal through the app (if accessible) or by contacting support@dipdating.com. Appeals are reviewed by our senior moderation team. A successful appeal will result in account reinstatement, but any previously active subscription must be repurchased separately. Appeal decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final.
16.5 Voluntary Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through Settings within the app. Account deletion will permanently remove your profile, photos, and associated personal data within 30 days. Certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy, including conversation history and moderation records retained for legal and safety purposes. Account deletion cannot be undone.
If you have an active Gold subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Platform subscription. You must separately cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store to avoid continued billing.
17. Safety and In-Person Meetings
DIP is an online platform only. We do not organise, facilitate, supervise, or attend any in-person meetings between users. Any decision to meet another user in person is made entirely at your own risk. DIP accepts no responsibility or liability for any in-person interactions, meetings, dates, or encounters that arise from use of the Service.
If you choose to meet another user in person, you do so at your own risk and you acknowledge that DIP has no ability to verify the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user beyond the limited tools available within the app. You should exercise caution and common sense, and follow the safety recommendations in Section 12.
If you experience any unsafe, threatening, or criminal behaviour from another user, contact your local emergency services immediately. You may also report the user through the app or by emailing support@dipdating.com.
18. Notifications and Communications
By using the Service, you consent to receive push notifications and in-app notifications related to your account activity, including match notifications, message notifications, Dip notifications, leaderboard updates, system announcements, and promotional communications. You may manage your notification preferences within the app settings, including enabling quiet hours during which non-urgent notifications are suppressed.
We may also send you important account-related communications via email, including security alerts, Terms updates, and support responses. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Service and cannot be opted out of while your account remains active.
19. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, functionality, design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by DIP and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws of Australia and international jurisdictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written consent.
The DIP name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of DIP. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
20. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, including profile information, location data, messages, photos, verification materials, usage data, and device information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
21. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies upon third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Google Firebase: Authentication, database, file storage, analytics, and crash reporting
- Google Cloud Vision API: Automated photo content scanning
- RevenueCat: Subscription management and purchase verification
- Apple Sign In / Google Sign In: Third-party authentication
- Advertising networks: Display advertisements in the free tier
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. DIP is not responsible for the practices, availability, or performance of any third-party services.
22. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, DIP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The Service or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components
- Any specific results will be obtained from use of the Service
- Any match, pairing, or introduction will lead to a successful, safe, or satisfying interaction or relationship
- The information provided by other users is accurate, truthful, or reliable
- Any user's identity, background, character, or intentions are as represented on their profile
- Content moderation systems will detect all prohibited or harmful content
- The verified badge or identity verification process guarantees the identity, safety, or trustworthiness of any user
You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. All matches, introductions, and interactions with other users are undertaken at your own risk.
23. Assumption of Risk
By using the Service, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with interacting with other users, both online and in person. These risks include, but are not limited to:
- Encounters with people who may misrepresent their identity, age, intentions, or background
- Exposure to content that may be offensive, inappropriate, or objectionable despite our content moderation efforts
- Emotional distress resulting from rejection, incompatibility, or negative interactions
- Physical harm, property damage, or financial loss arising from in-person meetings with other users
- Privacy risks associated with sharing personal information with other users
- Harassment, stalking, or other unwanted contact from users, both on and off the platform
You voluntarily assume all such risks and release DIP from any and all claims, demands, and damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.
24. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIP, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Property damage
- Loss of privacy
- Any damages arising from matches, interactions, or meetings with other users
- Any damages arising from unauthorised access to your account or personal data
- Any damages arising from the conduct of other users, whether online or offline
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT DIP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO DIP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD $100).
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
25. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DIP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or in connection with:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Your violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
- Any User Content you create, upload, post, or share through the Service
- Your interactions with other users, whether online or in person
- Any misrepresentation made by you in your profile, verification materials, or communications
- Any claim by a third party related to your conduct on or through the Service
26. Dispute Resolution
26.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@dipdating.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Most disputes can be resolved through our support team.
26.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Australia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
26.3 Class Action Waiver
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against DIP. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable in your jurisdiction, then the entirety of this dispute resolution section shall be deemed void with respect to you.
27. General Provisions
27.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DIP with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
27.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
27.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by DIP.
27.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. DIP may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction and without notice to you.
27.5 Force Majeure
DIP shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or cyberattacks.
27.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. No person other than you and DIP shall have any rights under these Terms.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification within the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
